Job Responsibilities
Fairly Handle, Manage & Monitor inferior officers to achieve the sales target and maintain overall activities.
Have to maintain all sales, credit, accounts and operation of a particular area.
Collecting competitor's data
Source new business opportunities
Promote products to agriculturist professionals for creating demand.
Prepare sales report
Prepare customer database
Maintain relationship with existing dealer and retailer with proper support & develop relationship with new clients for expansion the market of the relevant products.
Provide technical assistance to Farmers for growing quality production.
Building trustworthy & positive relationship with Farmers & customer.
Collecting competitor's data
Source new business opportunities
Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
Check and ensure product availability in all depots / dealers.
Ability to Team Management, Problem Solving, Negotiation Skills.
