Halda Valley Food & Beverage Ltd. is looking for Customer Relationship Officer, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. A Customer Relationship Officer is charged with establishing customer service guidelines within an organization. This individual will be responsible for corresponding with inbound and outbound calls.
Job Responsibilities
Candidates have to make Inbound and outbound calls.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
Determines a course of action to resolve customer problems
Generates reports for upper management.
Create, update and maintain call script
Maintains database of customers for follow up.
Analyzes the results of different campaigns
Meets deadlines.
Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns.
Should be a team player.
Must have clear spoken ability in English and Bangla.
