A reputed garment manufacturing & exporting company is looking for a suitable candidate to fill up the following vacant position immediately.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide medical support to our employees.
• Properly monitor the medical team.
• Perform medical checkups during recruitment.
• Counseling with the workers about their health & safety-related issues.
• Awareness meeting with workers for the health-related issue, different types of diseases, seasonal diseases, occupational injuries, and so on.
• Ensuring all the workers are cordially & equally treated & served during medical checkups.
• Making strategies to improve the female worker's health & take preventive action to keep the workers fit.
• Must have good computer knowledge to ensure proper documentation.
• Ensuring proper periodic checkups of pregnant workers.
• Monitoring health and safety issues of the Childcare center.
• Any other jobs assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

• MBBS from any recognized Medical College having registration with BMDC.
• Skills Required: Medical Officer

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments

Additional Requirements

• Only females are allowed to apply
• Must have 1-2 years prior experience at Garments Factory.
• Previous experience in the garments sector will get preference.
• Good interpersonal ability.
• Must be very good at communicating with the workers and staff.
