Job Context

Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is a private Recruitment Solution provider in Bangladesh. On behalf of our client, a renowned Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry leader, we seek a strategic and meticulous AGM – Quality to oversee all quality functions and ensure global compliance.

 

 

Location: Tongi, Gazipur
Team: Quality Assurance & Control
Report To: General Manager / Director of Quality
Salary: BDT 120,000–150,000 + Full-time Car Facilities

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance strategies for the entire factory.
• Lead the QA/QC team across all production stages (cutting to packing).
• Ensure full compliance with all international buyer quality standards and certifications.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Establish SOPs and drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
• Maintain relationships with buyer quality representatives.
• Mentor and manage the quality team, ensuring a high-performance culture.
• Drive product safety and sustainability initiatives.

• Full-Time

Office Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holidays:

• 1 Days

Educational Requirements

• Relevant degree (e.g., B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or equivalent experience).

Experience Requirements

• At least 12–15 years of experience in RMG Quality Management, with significant leadership experience.

 

Required Skills

• Proven track record as a Quality Manager or similar senior role.
• Deep knowledge of RMG production processes and global quality standards (e.g., AQL).
• Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with advanced QC equipment and quality management software.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and multi-national stakeholder management skills.
