Job Context

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for fish feed products
• Manage and lead zonal/regional sales teams
• Build strong relationships with dealers, fish farmers, and hatcheries
• Expand presence in aquaculture clusters across Bangladesh
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
• Ensure sales target achievement and reporting

• Master of Science (MSc) in Fisheries
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries

Experience

• At least 10 years in Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Fisheries
