Job Context

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and logistics
• Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted production
• Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Prepare SCM reports, forecasts, and data-driven insights
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

Experience

• At least 4 years in Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM) in SCM
