Reporting To

• Head of Design & Architecture

 

Job Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed building designs.
• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
• Ensure all designs comply with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and other regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with structural, electrical, and MEP engineers to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare project documentation, BOQ, specifications, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and design modifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of architectural designs while maintaining quality standards.
• Research new materials, sustainable construction methods, and modern architectural trends.
• Assist in obtaining necessary approvals from RAJUK and other relevant authorities when required.

Office Hours

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holiday

• 1 Day

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• Membership with the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) will be an added advantage.

 

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, or real estate projects.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional design portfolios are also encouraged to apply.

 

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent design visualization and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of building materials and construction methods.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices will be an advantage.
