Job Context

Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Area or Regional Sales Manager for renowned multinational industries in Personal and Beauty Care Products to join the Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality brand assets across our business platforms and marketing channels, ensuring every visual reflects beautiful premium brand identity.

 

Working under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Director, you will transform creative concepts into polished brand executions that drive engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate area sales teams and field representatives.
• Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts.
• Monitor product availability, distribution coverage, merchandising, and sales performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, territory plans, and regular performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and food product handling requirements where applicable.

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 5–8 years in sales, preferably within food and beverage or FMCG.

Required Skills

• Sales team leadership, distributor management, negotiation, and territory planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary:

• BDT 60,000–75,000/month
