Job Context

A dynamic Consumer Product Company is expanding its HoReCa and Key Accounts divisions. We are seeking competent sales professionals with a strong background in large institutional clients to drive market share and manage key customer relationships in Dhaka and Chattogram.

 

REPORT TO: National Sales Manager/Head of Key Accounts

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HoReCa Channel Management

• Develop and implement robust sales strategies to grow market share within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafs) sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with major institutional clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and close deals with new key HoReCa accounts, achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Accounts Strategy

• Manage the company's relationships with a portfolio of high-value key accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to identify new opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of key accounts' needs to offer tailored solutions.

Team Leadership & Sales Coordination:

• Lead and mentor a sales team across both locations to ensure unified execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design competitive offerings and promotions for these channels. • Track key account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Market Intelligence & Compliance

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Office Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holidays:

• 1 Days

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BBA, or a related field. (Optional MBA)

 

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales for a Consumer Product/FMCG company, with at least 2 years in HoReCa or Key Account management.

 

Required Skills

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Demeanor: Professional, well-spoken, and result- oriented

Job Location:

• Dhaka & Chittagong

Salary:

• BDT 100,000 (Negotiable Based on Experience)
