Job Responsibilities

• Instructional Support: Assisting with lesson preparation, implementing educational activities, and reviewing material with individuals or small groups.
• Classroom Management: Monitoring student behavior, enforcing classroom rules, and maintaining a tidy, safe environment.
• Administrative Duties: Taking attendance, grading assignments, and organizing classroom materials.
• Student Support: Assisting with special needs, fostering student independence, and monitoring emotional/academic progress.
• Communication: Providing feedback to teachers regarding student performance and communicating with parents as needed
