Join a pioneering new FMCG manufacturing company in Dhaka. As our Assistant/Deputy Manager, you will support the development and execution of category-specific point-of-sale and visual merchandising strategies, coordinate with field trade activation teams, and assist in trade spending optimization. We seek an energetic and data-driven marketeer to drive product availability.

 

JOB LOCATION: Dhaka, Bangladesh

DEPARTMENT: Trade Marketing

REPORTS TO: Trade Marketing Manager

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Join this dynamic new FMCG manufacturing venture in Dhaka. We need an energetic Assistant/Deputy Manager with a passion for Trade Marketing, combining consumer insights with strong operational execution.

 

• Support the development and implementation of localized trade marketing plans for GT and MT channels. • Coordinate the design and rollout of point-of-purchase visibility materials and retail activation campaigns.
• Perform analytical analysis of sales and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee the execution of in-store trade promotions and assist in monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to ensure consistent execution.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 4-6 years of core experience in Trade Marketing, with a substantial portion within the FMCG sector.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in coordinating B2B marketing programs and trade events.
• Strong numerical analysis skills, proficiency with
• Sales data and retail metrics, and attention to detail.

Salary:

• BDT 80,000 - 100,000 / month (plus benefits)
