Job Context

Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is a private Recruitment Solution provider in Bangladesh. On behalf of our client, a renowned Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry leader, we seek a visionary and strategic CEO to drive the company's next phase of global growth and innovation.

Location: Dhaka                                      
Team: Executive Leadership
Report To: Board of Directors
Salary: BDT 600,000–800,000 (Negotiable)

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Define and execute comprehensive corporate strategies for revenue growth.
• Lead overall company operations, sales, merchandising, and marketing functions.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with global buyers and stakeholders.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture and mentor the leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with all national and international industry regulations.
• Manage the overall financial health, investment strategies, and profitability.
• Represent the company at global trade forums.
• Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives.

 

Employment Type:

• Full-Time

Office Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holidays:

• 1 Days

Educational Requirements

• Relevant degree (e.g., B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or equivalent experience).

Experience Requirements

• At least 15–20 years of leadership experience, with significant tenure in the RMG sector.

 

Required Skills

• Proven track record in C-level or head-of-function roles.
• Deep knowledge of global RMG markets, sales, and merchandising.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of textile manufacturing and global supply chains.
• Visionary leadership, team-building, and multinational stakeholder management.
