The position is responsible for generating new businesses, maintaining excellent business relationships, and day-to-day correspondences with existing & potential customers. Will be working through Outsourced company.
Job Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of Home Loan/Auto Loan/Personal Loan within assigned territory.
Maintain strong customer relationship with both existing & potential customers and provide good customer service.
Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers
Liaise with supervisor/ other support departments for processing files and approval. Remain aware of retail products and their features.
Manage overdue prudently.
