Jobs Responsibilities

• We are looking for interested candidates as AGM/Manager who has initiative, experience in following sector, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.
• Follow the instruction by MD.
• Co-ordinate to GM all Kinds of Departmental & Machinery works.
• To Implement Schedule Maintenance and prevent maintenance Works.
• Make sure the working practice of the workers in suitable and save environment which should be compliant.
• Check and give instructions to supervisors and workers.
• To supervise junior as per Machine Works Complain.
• To Flow-up all Maintenance Works Accurately.
• To check all Works which one Finished Junior & report to Asst. Manager/Manager.
• To Reduce Spare parts Consumption & Planning to Develop.
• To check all Machinery for Cleaning & Mechanical Faults.
• To Motivate All Team Member for Works Better Works.
• Authorized to delegate authority to sub ordinate with responsibility and continuous monitoring.

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Graduation Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team, Able to operate all type of sewing machine

Experience

• At least 10 years

Additional Requirement

• Age at least 30 years
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skill
• Computer literacy
