Job Responsibilities

• Organizing & execute production schedule.
• Assessing project and resource requirement.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor production to resolve issues.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
• Define, propose and implement the targeted production.
• Ensure output meets quality standards.
• Cost management of products and assist with new product costings models.
• Ensuring the satisfactory level of production and meets the production goal as per production capacity.
• Take care of technical issue & solve the problem.
• Supervising the overall activities of the production area.
• Any other task assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

• Honors/Masters/BBA/MBA from reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Only males are allowed to apply
• At least 5-10 years` experience in large scale circular knitting factory.
• Experience in the similar track will be given extra advantage.
• Strong expertise on production management.
• Confident to take any challenge.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good command in MS office specially on Excel, Word & PowerPoint for daily reporting.
• Good command in English both speaking & writing.
• Advanced reporting skills.
