SALCo Engineering Ltd is looking for Architectural/interior designer with 5+ years comprehensive experience in the design and conceptualization of projects in commercial, residential, retail and public.
Job Responsibilities
Meeting with clients and determining their requirements and all factors affecting design such as budget, interior design preferences, purpose and function.
Developing architectural and interior conceptual, sketch design and consult with client and MEP engineer
Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
Preparing mood boards to sample your design vision and present to clients.
Developing and presenting detailed architecture design, 3D renders and presenting to the client for approval
Coordinating designs with clients, MEP engineer and other architects/interior designers
Selecting construction materials, furniture's, fixtures, fabrics and related items and preparing BOQs
Supervision at the construction site, overseeing the construction process to insure work is done according architectural plan
Preparing bids on potential projects
Training junior staff

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
Bachelor's degree in architectural/interior design or related field
Good experience with architectural software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, sketchup, Illustrator and Rhino to better building plan.
Project management experience.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in architectural/interior design.
Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.

Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to large groups
Skills Required: Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., team work
