To prepare the estimated budget of requisition for approval and contact with suppliers for required materials
To check requisition material with Production department and design/drawing/technical specification of the contract
To prepare a comparative statement of gathered quotations
To coordinate the delivery of materials by the suppliers and their payment
To find out new sources or sources for new items.
Support all foreign negotiation and supplier quality development process.
Keeping records of import related data.
Inspect the physical condition, quantity of consignment and report to seller/manufacture if any abnormalities finding during the period
Coordinating with supplier/CNF Agent and under taking all the requirements activities for air/sea/road shipments for facilitating clearance for consignment from port.
Coordinates and manages the marine equipment/machinery/accessories pipelines to ensure that there are no interruptions in stock.
Prepare forecasts and inventories for reports to the company's management team
To maintain properly store, warehouse, inventory and stock.
Any other task assigned by the management
