We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Assistant Executive/ Executive (Operation) for Bashundhara Multi Trading Ltd (BMTL) The incumbent will be accountable for operational affairs of different types of trading items like Coal, Stone chips etc. and other items according to business strategy

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the daily business operations of all units and ensuring all logistic support for their smooth business operations
• Supervision of heavy equipment and labor activities
• Need to visit frequently all business units to identify the problem (if any) and provide the best solution accordingly with the concern of management
• Checking the bill copy and have an excellent level of knowledge for report writing
• Ensuring the unloading process & proper stock keeping in a timely manner
• Ensure on-time delivery & labor for the proper flow of delivery
• Verify all the expenses regarding agents & staff properly calculate closing stock & settle shortage (if any is found)
• Comply the operation policies & procedures

 Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Coal

Educational Requirements

• Honors/Masters preferably major in Management/Accounts/HRM/CACC from any reputed University.

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years
• Only Male can apply
• Experience in Coal & Stone chips trading will get preference.

Required Skills

• Coal Trading Operations Business Development or Operation Management Ethics and integrity Good interpersonal and communication skills MICROSOFT OFFICE Store and Inventory Management
