LANCO DEVELOPMENTS LTD... is a reputed Real Estate Developer Company located in Banani, Dhaka, is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of ASST.INVENTORY OFFICER (IMD SITE)

- Store ledger maintains.
- Site ledger maintains.
- Individual material ledger maintain
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
- Receive the goods from suppliers and check whether they meet the requirements mentioned in the purchase order
- Ensure that the materials are stored safely
- Ensure that the material are transfer one project to other properly
- To follow-up overall inventory management.
- Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
- Managing of all incoming and outgoing materials of store
- Preparing Materials Requisition Form (MRF) as per project demand.
- Materials receiving as per challan & input the software
- Stock posting regular basis
- Receiving materials from different vendors and to confirm their quality and quantity
- Storing and preserving materials at proper and convenient places so that items could be easily located
- Issuing materials as per Material Receiving Report (MRR) & maintain the store ledger
- MRS posting to the computer and Monthly report preparing
- Leading inventory control, taking up physical inventory of all stores at periodical
- Intervals and also to maintain proper record of inventory
- Monthly and Yearly inventory preparing
- Providing full information about the availability of materials and good etc. where so necessary by maintaining proper stores record with the help of bin card and store ledger etc.
- Leading to team and give direction to the subordinates.
- Any other job as assigned by the management.
Education
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Professional certification course on Store/Inventory
Experience
- At least 5-10 year(s) Experience as INVENTORY OFFICER (IMD SITE) Department of any renowned & reputed Real Estate Developer Company.
Skills & Expertise BOQ Building Materials Construction Equipment Construction Estimating Cost and budget Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Project Management Real Estate Development Residential Building
Additional Requirements
- At least 6 years' experience as Estimator for B.Sc. Engineer/at least 10 years' experience as estimator for Diploma Engineer.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area- Real Estate, Developer
- Must Know- AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, ERP Software, MSP and other Civil Engineering Software.
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
- Able to work independently under pressure.
- Energetic, Creative, Sincere and Honest.
- Experience in construction budgeting and cost estimation.
- Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
- Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
- Should have good knowledge in drawing & design.
