Salary range: 35K – 40K + KPI based profit sharing

Weekly Holidays: 2 Days

Job Location: Banani, Dhaka

 

The role requires overseeing a small operations team (2–3 members), ensuring smooth coordination of academic activities, and driving growth through partnerships, content initiatives, and parent engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee lead generation and engagement activities through phone calls, campaigns, and outreach.
• Supervise creation of engaging video and marketing content to promote the academy.
• Develop partnerships with schools, and educational institutions.
• Coordinate curriculum delivery, academic materials, and class schedules.
• Provide academic support, including classroom coordination and student follow-up.
• Manage TLSA’s social media presence and online communication strategies.

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a well-reputed Private/ Public university.
• Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in a coaching centre, school, educational academy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in selling educational or skill development courses will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing a small team.
• Proficiency in email writing, presentation preparation, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
