Job Responsibilities

• Develop new samples as per buyer's standard, specification, and quality;
• Follow-up lab-dip development and getting approval from the buyer's end;
• Follow-up the preparation of style, size set, seal samples with special care;
• Conduct market analysis of new demand and marketing for new designed product;
• Negotiate with suppliers about price and others issues;
• Communicate with print/emb./washing suppliers to develop new designs as per buyer request
• Maintain required database and prepare required reports and presentation.

Educational Requirements

• Post graduate/graduate from BUTEX/ BUFT or any reputed university.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Merchandising
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 30 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Work experience with C&A and Varner Group buyer will get preference
• Working experience in development merchandising with C&A and Varner Group buyer
• The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience in development merchandising with large knit garments.
• Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
• Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
