He/She will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the real estate market in Dhaka. Those applying must have at least 7 years of work experience in the real estate sector
Job Responsibilities
Develop and deliver business plans through carrying out research, formulating market analysis, and delivering accurate business reports.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects
Assists in the completion of monthly targets
Define and follow up on quarterly and yearly targets and objectives
