Monitoring overall activities of import & export section as per Customs & bond rules.
Responsible for updating bond register (into bond & ex bond) on due time.
Collect PRC from bank & others certificate for customs audit.
Strong knowledge about import, export & UD with regulatory rules.
Make export & import statement for yearly customs audit.
Prepare pass book entry for yearly customs audit.
Should handle independently customs bond related commercial work
Able to execute UP for washing plant chemicals
Handle customs related all responsibilities, like yearly audit, H. S. Code formalities, general Bond, receive any kind of certificate, NOC, Certificate renewal etc.
Manage bond customs personnel in any irregularities/difficulties.
Maintain good relation with all government institutions.
Any other task assigned by management.
