Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional meetings with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture.
- Selling company shares and real estate projects.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and presenting properties according to their needs.
- Finding new potential buyers and achieving sales targets.
- Assisting customers with property visits and closing deals.
- Managing sales activities in coordination with the marketing team.
- Align sales and marketing initiatives with company goals and business objectives.
- Contribute to business planning, annual budgeting, and strategic decision-making processes.
- Identify risks and opportunities in the market and advise on actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
