Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- Master of Law (LLM)
- Preference will be given to candidates who have degree/course on land (Management of Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation).
- Cadastral Survey (CS) & Mapping Geographic Information System (GIS) for Land Management Legal Aspects of Land & Property.
- Management Dispute Management & Negotiation.
- Land acquisition process and compensation laws
Experience
- At least 8-10 year(s) Experience as MANAGER (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT) of any renowned & reputed Real Estate Developer Company.
Additional Requirements
- Proactive attitude with hard working & professionalism.
- Educational requirements may be relaxed in case of highly experienced & qualified candidates.
- Candidates with law background will be given preference.
- Proficiency in Computer knowledge.
- Must have sound Knowledge on FAR calculation.

LANCO DEVELOPMENTS LTD.. is a reputed Real Estate Developer Company located in Banani, Dhaka, is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of ASST.MANAGER (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
- Lead the team members to achieve department objectives.
- Making plan for developing real estate business and achieving short and long term goal in apartment business.
- Arranging lands on joint venture basis for real estate business.
- Frequently Land visit, searching potential Land owners and collecting Land information and taking feedback.
- Maintaining liaison with RAJUK & other related department/agencies for timely plan approval.
- Meeting with Land Owners. Financial Analysis for Land feasibility checking.
- Negotiation with Land owners regarding Land Procurement ie. Cash offer, Space ratio & other condition as per Deed of Agreement).
- Prepare all Land Documents, Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Join Venture Agreement etc.
- Land signing arrangement.
- Follow up and visit the landowner & record keeping of daily activities and Communications with them .
- Communication with Registration department & accomplish various types of deeds & documents, mutation, miss-case and land related issues.
- Capability to collect clearance of land certificate from different Govt. dept. agency.
- Handling of legal matters, land documents, registration of land & apartments.
- Proper maintenance of files & documents relating to land affairs confidentially.
- Proper maintenance of all documents by computerizes.
- Other tasks of the company as assigned from time to time.
