Jobs Responsibilities:

• Call Center Experience: Able to Communicate effectively with potential Patient. Need to have 2/3 years’ experience as a call center executive or Sales Executive.
• Communication Expert: speaking/writing English and Bangla in Facebook/Whatsapp Message and phone calls with effectively with Patients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to handle various administrative tasks.
• Be confident and articulate when speaking with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment by greeting and assisting all patients to the office.
• Provide excellent care to both local and foreign clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Efficiently handle all administrative duties such as billing, processing paperwork, scheduling appointments etc.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Education Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from any discipline
• Diploma in Nursing

Experienced Requirement

• 1-2Years need experienced in Care Patient Care giver or nursing experienced
• Fresher can apply from any discipline

Additional Requirement: 

• Age should be 22-30
• Only Female can apply
• Should be honest and hardworking;   
• Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed;
• Have positive mindset to work at any place throughout the country;
• Good Command in Bengali & English;
• Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
• Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet facebook Whatsapp Communication
