Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering any reputed university
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience
- 12 to 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate ,Developer
Additional Requirements
- Age 40 to 50 years
- Experience in Real Estate works with minimum 2 or 3 Basement of High-rise Building.
- Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
- Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
- Should have good knowledge in drawing & design.
Responsibilities & Context
- Preparation of the project schedule and Planning.
- Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, schedule, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems.
- Proven experience in site supervision, quality control, and construction team leadership
- Regularly visit construction sites to conduct quality control inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design and construction challenges.
- Have leadership quality to lead the construction team.
- Have deep knowledge of BNBC 2020 and new revised DAP.
- Have deep knowledge of RAJUK and FAR Calculation.
- Prepare, review, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and assist the project management team in budgeting and resource allocation.
- Prepare the general conditions budget.
- Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.
- Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.
- Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings.
- Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings. Inform the Consultant/Client of ant errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant's design drawings.
- Monitor site safely and insure that the requirements of the Occupational Health andSafety Act are enforced.
- Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
- Issue monthly progress draws and invoicing to consultant and client including final holdbacks.
- Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
- Maintain control and responsibility for the security and operation directly owned equipment on the job site in conjunction with the staff.
- Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.
- Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries.
- Ensure that "as...built" drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close...outs to consultant/owner accordingly.
- Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed.
- Check and approve the bill of contractors.
- Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists.
