We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer (CB Engineer) who will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil construction works. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality project delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, structural details, and construction documents.
- Understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for proper project execution.
- Ensure construction works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Prepare quantity estimation, BOQ, and material requirements for projects.
- Use AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for project planning and documentation.
- Monitor construction quality, materials, and workmanship as per project requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and technical procedures.
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure project progress according to schedule.
- Manage civil, structural, finishing, and related site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site workers.
- Identify site issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at project sites.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, measurements, and project documentation.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and material usage.
- Control project costs through proper planning and resource management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from planning to completion.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized university.
Additional Requirements
- 2-5 YearsExperienced
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Good understanding of building codes and construction standards.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Experience in building construction projects will be preferred.
