Job Context

ADROITECH is providing ITES Consulting and Offshore Real Estate Management services to its PropTech and Real Estate Clients and is looking for a Client Relationship Officer to join our team and support the company compliance operations. This role ensures adherence to social, environmental safety, and legal standards while assisting in audits, documentation, and policy implementation.

Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

Location: Dhaka Uttara Sector 13

Salary Range (Monthly): Negotiable

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new business.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Liaise with operations to fulfill client needs.
• Manage vendor onboarding and assignment.
• Ensure timely completion of vendor tasks.
• Support performance tracking and reporting.

 Experience

• 1 to 5 years in IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Requirement

• Age 18 to 40 years
• Expertise: Minimum 1 year of experience in Property Preservation or Maintenance (Mandatory).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (Native/Near-native level)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Attributes: Strong analytical mindset, proactive decision-making, and project management skills.
