Job Context

Winbridge Tech Ltd. is an IT Enabled Services firm, that primarily works with the banks and other companies and mainly it is Information Technology Company and BPO Business centre.

SO for expanding and networking business Winbridge is seeking a high-performing Client Relationship Officer (English Speaking Expert) who is expert on English Speaking with foreign clients.

 

 

Job Title:  Client Relationship Officer (BPO International Clients English Speaking Expert - Night Shift)

Location: Uttara Dhaka Night Shift
Salary: 25000-30000BDT

Weekend: 02 Days
Experience required: 1-5 years in BPO Business and Fresher can applied if he or she is very expert on English Speaking

Department: CRM Department  

Reports To: Head of CRM

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management
• Maintain regular communication with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned foreign clients
2. Account Management
• Understand client requirements, business goals, and service expectations
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and proper handover to operations team
• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
3. Service Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, quality, IT, etc.) to ensure timely service delivery
• Track project progress and provide updates to clients
• Resolve any service-related issues or escalations quickly and professionally
4. Client Support & Issue Resolution
• Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently
• Provide solutions and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines
• Maintain high client satisfaction levels
5. Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for clients
• Maintain proper records of communication, agreements, and service performance
• Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements
6. Business Development Support
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
• Assist in proposal preparation, presentations, and client meetings
• Support contract renewals and negotiations
7. Quality & Compliance
• Ensure services comply with client SLAs and company standards
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
• Work closely with QA team to maintain service quality
8. Time Zone & Cultural Management
• Work according to different international time zones when required
• Understand cultural differences and maintain professional communication standards

Education:

• O A Level  English Medium
• HSC or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

 

Experience

• 1-5 years in BPO Business and Fresher can applied if he or she is very expert on English Speaking
• Experience in BPO / Call Center / Client servicing with foreign clients
• Knowledge of international business etiquette
• Pls Don’t Apply If you are not expert on English Speaking
