Job Context

 
Job Location: Head Office (Rajshahi).

Job Responsibilities

• Take the responsibility to develop, lead and direct the implementation of company’s overall Agricultural business strategies and goals.
• Undertakes the supervision of all Farm production Planning & Operations.
• Take responsibility for the preparation and execution of Farm budgets and investments in line with set goals and targets.
• Responsible for the efficient deployment and routine maintenance of Farm machineries as and when required.
• Supervise and guide the supervisors’ activities to ensure high level performance.
• Ensure Farm production costs are in line with expectations and must strive to be cost effective at all times.
• Ensure and identify risk in the Business operations are mitigated according to the plan.
• Provide Business report on weekly/monthly as required by top Management.
• Any other relevant task given by the Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science from Bangladesh Agriculture University/Higher education in Accounts/Finance/Business Studies/ Industrial Management.

Experience Requirements

• At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 15 years in relevant field.
• Age Maximum 50 Years.
• Candidate who served as COO/ED/Equivalent post at least 5 years in same reputed group of company will get preference.
• Candidate from similar back-ground/experience (Agro based company) will also get preference.
