Job Responsibilities
monitor roster duty and prepare its report
record keeping of home room teacher(HRT)’s performance
monitoring assembly and classes
teachers' proxy management (assign proxy classes and daily proxy record keeping)
student attendance report preparation and sending sms to parents by HRTs
ensuring students’ discipline
students/teachers/parents counselling/dealings (one to one discussion)
coordinating information and delivering memos, notices and meeting information
leave management for teachers and its record keeping (late arrival, early departure and, absent)
photocopy maintenance
all kinds of students’ application dealing with the school in-charge
supervising HRTs’ and CCos’ responsibilities
coordinating and guiding the teachers of the campus
organise and arrange examinations
assist in admission process
maintain and update student records
assist in the preparation of report cards
arrange weekly meetings, assist during events, parents’ teacher meeting or any other program organised by school
taking initiatives and perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job role
all work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result

Educational Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Education,Business, Communications, Public relations or relevant field
O' level and A' level are highly preferred, or having IELTS score: 7+
