Job Context

Greenery Energy Solution Ltd. is a clean-technology Importer and Distributor operating in Bangladesh. The company distributes products across key clean-technology categories, including Solar Power Generation Equipment, Battery Energy Storage Systems, HVAC systems and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome showroom visitors and ensure professional reception and hospitality.
• Handle general customer inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate customer appointments, showroom visits, and hospitality arrangements.
• Maintain visitor records, collect feedback, and prepare daily customer service reports.

Education:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any discipline or related field.

 

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the CRM sector Front Desk Services or Call center and vehicle services will get preferable .

Required Skills

• Age 25 – 30 years old.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of B2B B2C sales and Services
• Ability to work independently and travel regularly for fieldwork.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
