Ps Global Trading is a Cargo and freight company in Bangladesh and it has a good market dimension in cargo services and now for its business expansion we need an expert Customer Relationship Officer (Female)
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide better customer service.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Prepare customer feedback reports and share insights with management.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Age: 20–30 years.
