Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding and acknowledging promptly to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Need to have mind set to visit factories;
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements

• Graduation from any discipline from reputed University.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• 2 or 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Services in any Garments Accessories Manufacturer Factory.
• Age 22 to 30 years
• Must be conversant with the concept of Sales and Marketing objective, systems & procedures of garments accessories buyers.
• Must be dynamic, self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
• Having sound knowledge on Customer Service, Sales and Marketing conceptual skills.
• Must be excellent in MS Word, Excel, Power point and E-mail.
• Good command on spoken & written English and Bangla.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
