We seek competent professionals for the leading Ice Cream, Food and Beverage industry as Depot Accounts Executive

 

Post: Depot Accounts Executive

Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Depot-Based)

Salary: around 40k to 60k

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Cash & Bank Management: Securely handle daily sales collections (cash, cheques, and digital payments) from delivery teams and distributors. Ensure accurate daily bank deposits and ledger entries.
• Inventory & Cold-Chain Stock Reconciliation: Conduct physical stock verifications daily/weekly and reconcile them with the ERP system. Account for damage, leakage, or melting (specific to ice cream/perishables) according to company policies.
• Invoice & Billing Verification: Generate and check daily sales invoices, delivery challans, and gate passes. Ensure credit limits for authorized distributors are strictly monitored before dispatch.
• Distributor Claims & Commission Processing: Verify and process distributor commissions, trade offers, discounts, and market return claims, ensuring proper documentation before sending them to corporate HQ.
• Expense Management: Manage depot petty cash, utility bills, vehicle fuel tracking, and local operational expenses.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily sales collection summaries, stock variance reports, and monthly financial statements to the central accounts team.

Education:

• Com / MBA / BBA majoring in Finance or Accounting from a reputable institution.

 Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience in depot accounts or commercial operations, preferably within the FMCG, Food, or Beverage sector

Required Skills:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally) and strong command over MS Excel.

Core Competencies: High integrity, sharp attention to numerical detail, and the ability to work under pressure during peak sales closing hours.
