Job Context

Job Responsibilities:

• Makes the sales and service target monthly and make the plan for that.
• Sales and service analyze with constant market you have to show it finding the problems.
• Strong monitoring your teams finding the real problems and makes reports about them weekly.
• Service Monitoring with every company at the end of the week.
• Service target fill up of every Month is not mandatory but weekly company or factory visit is mandatory.
• Makes a weekly visit report of factories by the communication with factories.
• Product Knowledge is a must that helps to demonstrate the products to customers when service is mandatory.
• Competitor Product knowledge you have to and make a compare with our products.
• Making PI with products accessories.
• Have a mind setting to follow the superior authorities and obey the instructions of them.
• Email communication you have to follow.
• Makes a service report monthly according to factories visits.
• You have to be smart with marketing analyze on how many air compressor accessories are essential for every month.
• Give instruction to your team members.

 

 

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor Graduation from any reputed University or equivalent qualification from any other recognized Institution.

 

Employment Status:

• Full Time

Work Place:

• Dhaka

Experience Requirement:

• At least 8 years
• Experience is first priority.
• Should have experience in Air Compressor Company or any machineries company

Additional Requirement:

• Only Males are allowed to apply
• Computer Literacy is a must.
• Typing skill in both Bengali and English.
