CDC Concrete Limited is a fast-growing Block Manufacturing Company engaged in supplying high-quality construction materials to various real estate developers, contractors, and infrastructure projects. To strengthen our company expanding   we are looking for a young, energetic, target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive professional with relevant experience in the construction materials industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, dealers, and distributors.
• Conduct regular market visits to promote products and generate sales leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Education may be relax at Having experienced only Concrete Brick Block

 

Experience

• 2 to 6 years in Concrete Brick Block Cement Industry

Additional Requirement

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male
• Candidates with experience in only Concrete Brick Block Construction Materials Industry will be given preference
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
• Good knowledge of construction market and dealer network
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Salary

• 40000 -90000BDT
