About INTRO
INTRO is Bangladesh’s first and leading NFC Digital Business Card brand. We combine premium product quality with strong technology to help professionals and businesses move beyond traditional paper cards. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance-driven digital marketing efforts.

Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing activities with a strong focus on paid advertising and measurable business results. This role requires hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce-focused landing page sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for leads and conversions
• Manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance tracking
• Monitor and improve landing page conversion performance for e-commerce sales
• Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to execute campaigns effectively
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports for management
• Oversee pixels, tracking tools, and analytics to ensure accurate measurement
• Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, and funnels

Requirements

• Practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of e-commerce sales funnels and landing page optimization
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to take challenges
• Education is relax where experienced is most preferred

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Reporting To: Managing Director

Salary: BDT 18,000 – 20,000
