Job Summary:

Max Management & Services, an Overseas Recruitment Agency, is seeking an experienced Documentation Executive to manage and maintain all documentation related to the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, be highly detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The Documentation Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:


•  Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to the recruitment process, including contracts, agreements, and visas.
•  Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations and industry standards.
•  Liaise with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation.
•  Maintain a database of all documentation and ensure that it is properly filed and archived.
•  Update and maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant software.
•  Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
•  Provide support to the recruitment team as needed.
•  Ensure that all documentation is processed in a timely manner and according to established procedures.

Education Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
•  Freshers are encouraged to apply.
