We, Computer Logic Lab, are a growing organization specializing in Tally software sales, implementation, customization, and corporate training services. Our goal is to help businesses streamline their accounting, finance, and inventory processes through Tally Prime solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Executive Accountant Female (Living Place Must be Mohammadpur Dhaka) to join our team and contribute to our growth.
Jobs responsibilities
- Maintain all financial records, ledgers, journals, and balance sheets & other documents.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, making payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Assist monthly payroll, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Prepare and everyday financial reports,
- Assist with tax filings, returns, and the preparation of documents for internal and external audits.
- Prepare daily receiving reports for Cash receipts, Bank Deposits, Re-Deposit, Dishonored, Adjustment & Sales receipts of the corporate and reporting to the Head (Accounts & Finance).
- Communicating with clients based in the UK, invoice chase-up and keeping different documents as a priority.
- Preparing regular analysis of income and expenditure to assist management in the budget monitoring process.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and identify any discrepancies.
