Job Context

Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is a private Recruitment Solution provider in Bangladesh. Our goal is to provide client-relevant employee-sourcing solutions at the finest recruitment costs. In addition to recruitment solutions, we offer our esteemed patrons training and employee engagement solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of our large-scale FMCG manufacturing facility in Savar.

 

 

Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / Manufacturing

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the COO's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international).
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all electronic and hard-copy documents.
• Assist in the coordination and tracking of key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for the COO.
• Attend key meetings to take minutes and track action items, following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure completion.
• Act as a primary liaison between the COO and various internal departments (e.g., Production, Supply Chain, Sales, HR), as well as external partners and vendors.
• Manage and process the COO’s expense reports, invoices, and other administrative financial documents.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

 Experience

• Proven experience (1-3 years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Freshers also encouraged applying.

 

Additional Requirement Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the real estate industry.
