So we need a Executive Human Recourses for lead or factory and now we are hiring  Executive – Human Resources (HR)

 

Jobs responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations at the factory level
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Oversee daily labor management, including attendance and discipline
• Coordinate with production teams to align labor supply with production needs
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Facilitate employee engagement and resolve grievances on the production floor

Educational Requirement  

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or relevant field.

 Experience requirement

• 1–2 years of experience in HR (factory/production floor experience preferred)

Additional Requirement  

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Bangladesh labor law and HR best practices
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)

•  Gazipur Factory

Salary 

• BDT 35,000 (per month)
