Job Context

We are looking a dynamic and self-driven professional for IT and Graphics designer as executive. - IT and graphics" will play a leading role to handle to related task.

Job Responsibilities

• Make High quality and eye catching content like social media post image, banners, blog image, info-graphics, website banner, etc. for Web & Social Media advertisements.
• Have to create web UX/UI.
• Create Book covers, Develop inner design, and brochure with creative and unique concepts
• Editing product images, Background removal, Background design, etc.
• Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Performing system testing and validation procedures.
• Performing software programming and documentation development.
• Working with departments on technical issues including software system design and hardware maintenance.
• Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
• Make video content for digital platforms or social media sites.
• Maintaining the highest standards in graphic design and producing cutting-edge creative content for both digital marketing and social media marketing.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts. Implementing and Managing the Company's social media accounts. Experience on Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, managing digital marketing campaigns and YouTube marketing.
• Must have the technical knowledge about review and ensure that all files are either print-ready or optimized for web.
• Must have to knowledge of Digital Marketing and have to work in digital marketing task.
• Configuration and troubleshooting, File sharing, and Printer sharing for multiple user access within a Local Area network. Technical Support & troubleshooting office computers, Scanner, Multimedia Projector, Printer etc.
• Configuration company domain Mail in Microsoft Outlook.
• Setup & Support for all kinds of NVR, DVR, and maintenance. Setup, maintain & technical Support Time Attendance Machine, attendance software & Access control Device.
• Maintenance & Connectivity support the IP PABX/PABX System. Familiar with ERP software.
• Work as a Payroll assistant for Personal file entry, ID Card Issues, leave posting, etc. in existing ERP software.
• Must do any other task assigned by higher management.
• WORK UNDER PRESSURE

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree CSE/BCA or Diploma in graphics or in any discipline in case of super expert, then educational qualification will consider.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Must be creative.
• Able to Design Logos, Banners, Brochure, PSD, Layout, Booklet relevant editing/retouching and digital marketing/media-related works.
• Photo manipulation, Animation (2D & 3D), motion graphics, Video editing, Sound editing for video clip, info-graphic design, etc.
• Innovative and skilled in design development including effective use of color, dimension, style, font size, and composition.
• Enthusiastic about advertising and having knowledge about the recent trends.
• Well Experienced in Online Marketing & Social Sites
• Advanced knowledge of Graphics Design and Animation software.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effect, Premiere Pro will get added benefit.
• Market analysis, campaign development and build a strong customer relationship with potential and existing clients.
• Online marketing analytics to gather information from the web and social media pages.
• Online Customer responds (Messenger) and phone
• Skills on script writing for marketing, company brochures.
• Have ability to create a cover photo, banner design, photo manipulation, motion graphic animation, video editing, sound editing for video clips, info-graphic design, etc.
• Setup & Configure different types of Routers.
• Maintenance of overall office network (both LAN & Wi-Fi,) & ensure LAN, Wi-Fi, and Internet Connectivity.
• Local area network (wireless & wired) and Wide Area Network Monitoring, maintenance,
• Setup, technical Support & troubleshooting office computers, Scanner, Multimedia Projector, Normal Printer, Network Printer, etc.
• Mikrotik Router Configuration & Bandwidth control.
• Setup & Configure different types of Routers.
• Skilled in MS office, PowerPoint
• skilled in English and Bangla type
• Good communications skills - written and verbal.
• An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints.
