Job Context

Bancoff is a Brand about Coffee Tea and its machineries in Bangladesh and it has a brand value in the market and now it is searching an expert Executive Sales & Marketing employee for its branding and marketing. As a Sales Associate, he will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to prospective customers. His primary goal will be to generate revenue by converting leads into loyal customers through exceptional sales techniques, product knowledge, and outstanding customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
So Bancoff is hiring Executive - Sales and Marketing (Coffee Bean and Coffee Machines)

Jobs Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager or team leader.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products, services, pricing, and current promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and refunds.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops to enhance selling skills and stay updated on new products and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and market trends.

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• IBA, Dhaka University,North South University,BRAC EWU AIUB IUB University students will get preference

Experience

• At least 1-3  years but Fresher can apply

Additional Requirement

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Both Male and female
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong technical acumen with a keen interest in staying updated on technological advancements.
• Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
