Job Context

As a leading quilting and Padding Manufacturer, M. Rahman Quilting & Padding Ltd has been a trusted partner for the global garment industry since 2019, originally established in Zirabo, Ashulia, our rapid growth led us to our current state-of-the-art facility in Shailat, Sreepur, Gazipur. Spanning 52,000 SFT, our factory is strategically located just 56 KM from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka, ensuring seamless logistics for international buyers.

 

Position Title: Executive Sales & Marketing Male (Padding Quilting & Fake Down)

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports to: Head of Sales

Salary: 18-20K (Negotiable)

Job Location: Uttara Dhaka

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new business opportunities in both local and export-oriented markets.
• Identify potential buyers, clients, manufacturers, buying houses, and business partners.
• Conduct market visits and client meetings to generate new sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell the company's quilting, padding, and related products/services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, negotiate with clients, and convert leads into orders.
• Follow up with customers from initial inquiry to order confirmation and delivery.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Commercial, Accounts, and other relevant departments.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Perform other sales and marketing activities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

 

Experience Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales
