Executive – Sales Training and Developments (FMCG Base)
Job Title: Executive – Sales Training and Developments (FMCG Base)
Location: Savar Dhaka, Bangladesh

Reports To: Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Training Planning
- Identify training needs of sales teams through performance analysis
- Develop sales training plans (monthly/quarterly)
- Coordinate with sales managers to understand skill gaps
- Training Execution
- Conduct training sessions on:
- Sales techniques
- Product knowledge
- Customer handling
- Organize workshops, role-plays, and field training
- Arrange external trainers if needed
- Sales Skill Development
- Improve communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Train new sales employees during onboarding
- Develop continuous learning programs for existing staff
- Performance Monitoring
- Track sales performance after training
- Analyze improvement in KPIs (targets, conversion rate, revenue)
- Provide feedback to sales team and management
- Training Materials Development
- Prepare training manuals, presentations, and guides
- Create scripts for sales calls and client meetings
- Update materials based on market trends
- Field Support & Coaching
- Visit field locations to observe sales activities
- Provide real-time coaching and mentoring
- Support team in achieving sales targets
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain training records and attendance
- Prepare reports on training effectiveness
- Share insights with management for decision-making
