Oversee & monitor the engineering activities throughout the factory.
Drive business excellence to create appropriate systems and install appropriate IT tools and processes for people productivity.
Plan and organize activities schedule as per ROFO.
Ensuring the standard & specification
Train & motivate the maintenance team to ensure schedule maintenance, preventive maintenance, opportunity maintenance and shutdown maintenance for all equipment’s and machinery.
Ensure random inspection of all Machinery and equipment’s e.g. Packing Machines, Milling Machinery and equipment’s, air compressors, pump motors, water softener plant etc.
Responsible for all scheduled maintenance timely prepared and timely done.
