So Express Search Talent Solutions is Hiring Executive - Training and Development for a renowned Manufacturing company.

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: Manager - Human Resources



Key Responsibilities:

Needs Analysis & Program Design

• Conduct thorough training needs assessments by gathering data from various sources (e.g., employee surveys, performance reviews, manager feedback, skill gaps analysis).
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including classroom training, workshops, online courses, simulations, and on-the-job training.
• Ensure training programs align with organizational goals, business strategies, and individual development plans.

Training Delivery & Facilitation:

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at all levels.
• Utilize a variety of training methodologies and tools, including presentations, discussions, role-playing, case studies, and hands-on exercises.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various methods, such as pre- and post-training assessments, surveys, and observation.

Training Materials & Resources:

• Develop and maintain a library of training materials, including manuals, presentations, workbooks, and online resources.
• Source and manage external training vendors and resources as needed.

Employee Development:

• Support employee development initiatives, such as mentoring, coaching, and career path.
• Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
• Stay abreast of the latest training methodologies, technologies, and industry best practices.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in training and development within a manufacturing or industrial setting

Additional Requirement

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Training & Development: Needs analysis, instructional design, training delivery, evaluation methods, and adult learning principles.
• Communication & Interpersonal: Verbal and written communication, active listening, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, stakeholder management.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Data analysis, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LMS experience, and e-learning platforms.
