We seek competent professionals for a Leading Food & Beverage industry as Executive- VAT & Tax

Department: Finance, VAT & Tax

Reports To: Manager- VAT & Tax

Summary:

The Executive - VAT & Tax will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable VAT and tax regulations, managing tax filings, and supporting the company's overall tax strategy. This role will involve accurate record-keeping, timely submissions, and staying updated on evolving tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual VAT returns and tax declarations.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of VAT and taxes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all tax-related documents.
• Monitor changes in VAT and tax laws and regulations and advise on their impact.
• Assist in tax audits and assessments.
• Reconcile tax accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of tax-related reports and analyses.
• Handle e-TDS, and other related tax activities.
• Work closely with internal departments and external tax advisors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax policies and procedures.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

 Experience

• 02-04 years of experience in VAT and tax compliance, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry

Additional Requirement

• Strong knowledge of local VAT and tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of Food & Beverage industry products/services.  

Required Skills:

• Handle e-TDS, and other related tax activities.  
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Data analysis, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making.

Skill Requirement

• Computer Literacy is a must
